The Monterey County Event Promoters Taskforce was formed in to address the needs of special event promoters in providing the best information possible on lodging and services to visiting patrons.
Taskforce members include the major event promoters of Monterey County and are committed to providing visitors with the best information possible on lodging and services.
Lodging properties applying for Preferred Provider status are asked to provide information about special amenities they provide, reservation policies, pricing policy for special event weekends and guest recommendations. Applications are reviewed by taskforce committee members who select the very best properties for this special designation.
